- Metro Models is a boutique-style fashion agency that operates entirely within Second Life, a virtual world. Second Life's virtual apparel industry is a huge market that accounts for much of the economic activity within the world. Metro Models offers marketing/advertising services catering towards virtual fashion designers. Metro is capable of offering anything from a full fashion show, to branding/identity, to photography.
Our models are hand-picked for their unique style, distinctive avatar, and attitude towards fashion. In a world where you're one setting away from perfection, they're not just another pretty face. The Metro team consists of writers, photographers, graphic designers, builders, even fashion designers.
In addition to providing the full-service fashion agency, Metro is also responsible for the METRO Virtual Fashion book, a quarterly publication showcasing our favourite things in the virtual world of fashion.

"My aim is to always provide the highest quality possible... my standards are pretty high in general which means I don't find a script with typos acceptable, or bad model promotional photos, or a poorly built stage. I hope so far that's been reflected in our events and magazine! I'm also aiming to keep each show unique so designers can feel they'll never be promoted with a "cookie-cutter" stage with the agency logo all over it... as a designer, your line is unique, so your show should be too. Sometimes showing something unusual calls for an unusual approach."
